We use a tried and true system for our weight loss program which is only available through naturopathy healthcare professionals, the KetoSystem.  It is a natural fat loss system, which uses the body’s own metabolism to burn fat.  It is based on a person gaining a maximum of 20% of calories from low GI (glycaemic Index) carbohydrates, 30% of calories from fat and a minimum of 50% of calories from protein.  For more information refer to the Ketosystem Website.
